A tilt and turn window offers two opening styles for complete versatility. One is similar to a casement window, with side hinges and a handle that allow for opening inward. The other uses a bottom hinge, activated by the same handle but pulling downwards to let air in from above. They may come in single or double designs, all of which you can customise fully with Atlas.

How to open a tilt and turn window
Aluminium tilt and turn windows can be opened in two ways. The bottom hinge allows you to pull the handle from the top, bringing the pane inwards for a smaller gap.
Alternatively, you can use the same handle to activate the side hinge, pulling the window inwards from the side for a larger opening. Both styles use the same handle on the side for ease and a more compact design.
