Our aluminium windows can achieve energy ratings as high as an A+ rating.
What colours are available in aluminium?
We stock white, anthracite grey RAL 7016M, black and anthracite grey on white as standard for our windows and doors, but other RAL colours are available upon request.
How long will the colour last and is it guaranteed?
We offer a 25-year guarantee against chalking, fading, and loss of sheen.
Can the products be triple-glazed?
All of the products can be triple glazed, with some products achieving overall U values as low as 1.1 W/m2K.
Do the windows and doors meet the new Part L regulations?
All of the products meet the new Part L regulations that were introduced in June 2022.
Are the aluminium products we supply secure?
All of the aluminium products can be upgraded to the PAS 24 security standards.
How quickly will the products arrive?
We can supply stock coloured products within 10 days and special colours in 5-6 weeks.
Does Atlas Aluminium offer an integrated cill option on bi-folding doors?
Yes, we have an integrated cill solution for open-out bi-folding doors.
Does Atlas Aluminium offer a three-track sliding patio door?
Yes, we offer both two-track and three-track sliding door options.
Do bi-folding doors open inwards or outwards?
We can supply bi-folding doors that open inwards or outwards. It will depend upon the space you have on-site.
What is the maximum door leaf size Atlas Aluminium can manufacture on a bi-folding door?
We can manufacture a door leaf at 1200mm wide x 2500mm high.
Are low thresholds available on bi-folding doors?
Yes, we have various options on low thresholds with ramps as low as 15mm.
How big can I have my sliding doors?
Maximum height is 2500mm and width is determined by the maximum weight of each door leaf. The Atlas Aluminium technical team will guide you through the options.
Does Atlas Aluminium install the doors?
When you purchase one of our products from our network of dealers, they will have experienced fitting teams to install the product for you.
Can a fixed window frame be added to the side of a bi-fold?
Yes, we have various couplers that allow frames to be joined together.
Where are the products manufactured?
All the products are manufactured across two factories in Stonehouse, England.
Does Atlas Aluminium offer solid composite aluminium doors?
Yes, we offer a range of fully insulated aluminium doors, ranging from modern to cottage-style designs.
Do your products meet Part F regulations?
Yes, trickle vents come in 3 different sizes which achieve the ventilated EA required under the new regulations.
Do you offer a tap-in beaded system?
Yes, we offer a tap-in beaded system on the Alitherm 400i window system, Alitherm 400 door system and Visofold 1000 Slim system.
